South London still needs to retrofit 635,000 homes

To achieve NetZero by 2043 South London still needs to retrofit 635,000 homes. But what’s the deal for hard pressed owner occupiers in the midst of a cost-of-living crisis?   Can retrofit-at-scale push down costs and raise customer benefits to the point where retrofit can become a mass movement?

Eco Workforce Partnership aims to find out.

Working with the remarkable activist homeowners of the Sunray Community in the London Borough of Kingston, we are co-designing the right solution together with them.  100 Homes is a pilot project which will attract interest from all over the UK and beyond.   Check back here for further information as we move through the pilot project phases!
